| The following table contains the latest complete installers available for pcAgent. You need to download and install these components if you are a new pcAgent user. For existing version 2.7 users, please use the same installers to upgrade to version 3.2. Click here for a list of new features and fixes in version 3.2

Server |
| Central server database solution required by the client and SlideShow components, so you must have a server component installed in order to use pcAgent. Database is a central store for information captured by multiple data capturers. Install this on a machine that is accessible by all users.

| For users with version 2.6 installed. We've made changes to our installer programs in order to
cater for later operating systems like Windows 7 and Vista. As a result we need you to follow the instruction
below with care. Once complete, you will have the latest version 3.2 installed:

Create a backup of your database. Instructions on how to backup your database can be found here.
Uninstall all pcAgent components from any computers on your network. Read downloading and installing pcAgent for more information on how to uninstall pcAgent components.
Download and run the latest Server installer (3.2) from the table above.
Restore your database from the backup you created. Restore instructions can be found here.
Install the latest 3.2 pcAgent and Slideshow components using the download links from the 3.2 table above.

| For users with version 2.5 or lower, please download and install the following respective installers over your existing installation. This will upgrade you to version 2.6. (Sorry, due to changes we've had to make in our installers, we cannot provide an upgrade path directly to 3.2)
