What is pcAgent?
 
Did we mention that pcAgent is FREE? The software was designed to be a simple means to automating some of the day to day tasks of estate agents. Here are some pcAgent features to get you interested. pcAgent :

  		• is the only free software available for Estate Agencies!
  		•  is very easy to install
  		•  can be installed on a single PC (1 user) or on many PCs (2 or more users sharing the same information)
  		•  allows you to keep a digital record of all your properties, sellers, buyers and potential customers
  		•  can connect your properties with the internet and list your properties free on Mortgageloan.co.za
  		•  can update your own web site property listings automatically
  		• can display slide shows (including still advertisements) on multiple PCs in your agency
      

    pcAgent comprises three main components, which can be installed on one PC, or on many PCs within the estate agency.

    1. A server component

    The server component should always be installed once on an agency network (or on a single PC if the agency only has one PC)

    2. A data entry (client) component

    The client component is the "data-entry" part of the software, used to record property, buyer and seller information. This component can be installed on as many machines within the agency as is required.

    3. A slide show component

    The slide show component can be installed on many Pcs within the agency network. This component is best suited to be run as a window display for estate agencies. The Slide show ensures a continuous display of property information to prospective buyers sellers, and is an advertisement for properties being marketed by the agency. You can also add advertisements to the slide show, which means that you can then rent out advertising space on your slide shows.

    pcAgent was designed with the assistance of a number of estate agencies in South Africa and the software is free of charge to estate agencies, provided that the agency (or its computer professionals) can install and run the software on their own (Help and documentation is available from this site)

    pcAgent is now available for Windows ® 7, Windows ® Vista as well as Windows ® XP.
